to log into your STREAM account.
Select the forms for the upcoming school year.
Click the section titled “Re-Registration Part 1”.
Create your signature, complete all forms, applying signatures when needed, and upload documents.
Save forms as they are completed & submit final form packet.
Click the button titled “Complete” to complete your re-registration.
Go to to log in to your STREAM account. If a campus representative submitted re-registration on your behalf, please click on “What do I do if an admin already set up my account?” to get access to your account.
